Entisco helps Chinese-speaking founders, cross-border sellers and overseas Chinese form a U.S. company and keep it in good order.
Why we exist
Forming a U.S. company is easy to start and easy to get wrong, especially from outside the U.S. and in a second language. We explain each step in plain language and stay with you after the company exists.
Our name
Entisco stands for Entity Services Company. It is pronounced EN-tis-koh.
How we work
Every field on our intake form explains what to enter. We prepare and file documents; we do not act as your lawyer or accountant. We verify identity and screen owners against sanctions lists before we act.
What we do not do
- Give legal or tax advice
- Open a bank account on your behalf
- Guarantee that a bank, agency or platform will approve an application
