A registered agent receives legal and government notices for your company. It must have a physical address in the state where the company is formed, so an overseas address does not qualify.

We cannot open one on your behalf. We help you prepare and introduce you to banks. You submit the application yourself, and the bank decides.

It depends on your state and your tax situation. In general, a foreign-owned single-member LLC files Form 5472 with a pro forma Form 1120 with the IRS every year, and states require their own annual reports or taxes. We organize your information and refer you to a licensed CPA or EA for the tax filing.

For each owner: a photo of the passport page, your address in English, and, if needed, a proof of address. For the company: three name choices. The intake form lists everything and explains each item.
